Green Meadow Forest Park in Minsk is a picturesque place combining natural beauty with modern amenities for relaxation. Located between the MKAD, Tikotskogo Street, and Vsekhsvyatskaya Street, it is considered the most environmentally clean area of the Belarusian capital. Both locals and tourists come here to enjoy the fresh air and scenic landscapes. One of the main attractions of the area is the Slepnyanskaya Water System. This remarkable architectural project, awarded the Lenin Prize, consists of a network of reservoirs and canals adorned with fountains and sculptures. In the summer, the Slepnyansky Water Canal transforms into a popular beach area, ideal for sunbathing and outdoor activities, while during other seasons, it becomes a favorite spot for anglers. The forest area in the "Green Meadow" district is a true treasure. Sections of the forest with centuries-old trees were preserved during the 1962 development to serve as ecological buffers. Shaded paths under these ancient trees are perfect for jogging and cycling. There is also a roller skiing track. In addition, Green Meadow Forest Park offers a wide range of opportunities for active recreation and picnics. The park is equipped with children's and sports playgrounds, including a volleyball court, table tennis tables, and various fitness machines for exercise enthusiasts. Pleasant alleys with unique benches and swing-seats create a cozy atmosphere for walks and socializing.
