The Winter Light Sculpture Exhibition "Fairy Tale Time" Has Opened at the Central Botanical Garden of Minsk

December 1, 2024

From November 30, 2024, the Central Botanical Garden of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus opens a unique exhibition of fairy tale light figures in the Lantern Garden. This event will be a true magical experience for the residents and guests of Minsk, allowing them to immerse themselves in the world of children's fairy tales, where giant glowing figures bring beloved characters to life. The exhibition "Fairy Tale Time" is not just a beautiful spectacle, but a whole magical story, which can be observed every evening from 18:00 to 22:00 until February 28, 2025. In the Lantern Garden, an incredible show unfolds at night: you will meet the Nutcracker and his toy army, the Rat King with his loyal subjects, Puss in Boots, and even Cinderella in her magical gown. You will also encounter Thumbelina, Gulliver, and the steadfast tin soldier, as well as the famous Little Red Riding Hood and the Snow Queen, who rules the icy kingdom. Each light installation is not just a figure, but a masterfully created work of art, combining bright colors, detailed shapes, and atmospheric music. Talented craftsmen, designers, and sculptors worked on creating these fairy tale compositions, pouring their soul into every piece. This is not just an exhibition — it is a real fairy tale that can be not only seen but felt with all your heart. For family strolls and creating unforgettable memories, "Fairy Tale Time" is the perfect place.
