Prospekt Mall: A New Landmark Shopping Center Rising in Western Minsk by 2027

Prospekt Mall: A New Landmark Shopping Center Rising in Western Minsk by 2027

April 22,4 min. to read

The western part of Minsk is experiencing a real construction boom: soon, the Frunzensky district will be graced by two new shopping centers, which promise to become important attraction points for city dwellers. The first of them, the 4 Seasons shopping mall on Skripnikova Street, with an area of 16,000 square meters, will open its doors in September 2025. But today we'll tell you about a more extensive project — the Prospekt shopping center, which will appear on Prititskogo Street by April 2027. This facility, carried out by TENKinvest, astonishes with its ambitions and scope. Let's find out what awaits Minsk residents in this new retail and entertainment complex.

Prime Location: Next to the Metro and at the Heart of the Action

The Prospekt shopping center will be located at a strategically advantageous point — just a stone’s throw from the Kuntsevshchina metro station. Prititskogo Street, on which the center is being built, is one of the busiest in Minsk, with daily traffic of over 100,000 vehicles. Its proximity to the residential districts of Kuntsevshchina and Zapad, as well as to major office buildings such as Fahrenheit and SkyTower, will ensure a constant flow of visitors. The entrance to the complex will be organized from Dombrovskaya Street, making it convenient for both pedestrians and motorists.

Project Scale: 26 Thousand Square Meters and a 7‑Meter Excavation

Prospekt impresses with its scale: the total area of the shopping center will be 26,000 square meters — almost twice as much as the 4 Seasons. The project includes four levels, one of which is underground, as well as a usable roof with part of the parking. Construction will require considerable effort: the excavation will be 7 meters deep, meaning workers will have to remove a huge amount of soil. Work began in March 2025, and completion is scheduled for April 2027. The developer, TENKinvest, promises to meet the deadline despite the project's complexity.

What’s Inside?

  • Basement level: a grocery hypermarket of 3,000 square meters, as well as home goods stores (400 m²).
  • Ground floor: a shopping gallery with clothing, footwear, and accessories stores, a food court (800 m²) with a variety of dining options, and a children’s entertainment center (500 m²) for family leisure.
  • Upper levels: three parking levels for 500 cars and an office block of 2,000 square meters.
The building’s architecture is executed in a modern style with elements of Constructivism. The finishes will use facing brick, metal slats, and dark composite panels, giving the building a strict and functional appearance. Inside, the developer promises to use only high-quality materials from European manufacturers, and the spaces will be adapted to the tenants’ requirements.

Why Prospekt Will Become Popular?

Prospekt is being created with the needs of the local customer in mind. Its convenient location, variety of stores and services, and large parking area will make it the ideal place for quick and advantageous shopping on the way home. A TENKinvest representative is confident: “This shopping center will become a visual landmark of the district and will be in demand for decades.”

A New Look for the Frunzensky District

The Prospekt shopping center is not just another retail facility, but a step towards the transformation of the western part of Minsk. Together with the 4 Seasons, it will create a modern infrastructure in the district where residents can not only shop but also relax with the whole family. All that remains is to wait until April 2027 to see how the 7‑meter‑deep pit will transform into the capital’s new focal point.
