Its proximity to the residential districts of Kuntsevshchina and Zapad, as well as to major office buildings such as Fahrenheit and SkyTower, will ensure a constant flow of visitors. Project Scale: 26 Thousand Square Meters and a 7‑Meter Excavation

The building’s architecture is executed in a modern style with elements of Constructivism.
