The total investment in the project amounted to 12 billion rubles. Reconstruction of the pedestrian bridge in 2015 cost 230 million rubles and increased the leasable area by 800 square meters. About 12 million people use the passage annually. The owners plan further expansion of the complex, increasing the area of the IKEA store and building a 2-kilometer-long funicular from the nearest metro station.
