The renovation project was developed by the Spanish architectural bureau CLEVERTECK, which gave the complex a modern European look and new positioning in the market.

How to get there by public transport

By metro and MCC: The optimal route is to travel to Rostokino station of the Moscow Central Circle (MCC, line No.14). From the station, walk 2–3 minutes to the tram stop “Rostokino station” on Prospekt Mira, take tram No.17 towards Medvedkovo and ride one stop to “Severyanin platform”. It is also possible to get there from the metro stations:

By car

From the center of Moscow: drive along Prospekt Mira, exit towards Serebryakova passage, turn left under the overpass and make a U-turn onto Prospekt Mira. From the region: take the Yaroslavskoye highway, exit towards Serebryakova passage and make a U-turn at the first intersection.
