Storozhevsky Square
Storozhevsky Square is located in the Central District of Minsk, at the corner of Masharova Avenue and Storozhovskaya Street. This cozy green corner of the city was named in honor of the historic area of Storozhevka by a decision of the Minsk City Council of Deputies on December 22, 2006. The square occupies the territory of the former Storozhevskoye cemeteries, which were demolished in the 1950s.
